It’s easy to subscribe to campaign planning theory, but often much harder putting this into practice, combining a strategic approach with practical implementation planning.

What we cover:

By the end of the day, your teams will have: 

  • Knowledge and practical understanding of a proven campaign planning model, with some behaviour change thrown in as well
  • The skills, tools and techniques to effectively work through each stage​​ – with templates they can use again and again
  • Confidence to be brave in their approach  

PLUS THEY WILL HAVE set objectives, delved into audience insight, set their campaign strategy and evaluation criteria for a live, upcoming campaign or campaigns that your organisation needs to deliver, and pitched those back!

This session is best followed 4-8 weeks later by my Creativity in Campaigns day, but works as a stand alone day too, giving you a strong brief and strategy for implementation.
