TRAINING AND MENTORING

I can help your teams and individuals within them to develop professionally and improve collective performance. I offer bespoke and ready-prepared training on various communications disciplines including creativity in campaigns, consultant mindset and campaign planning. My sessions are a little bit different – here’s more.

I am also an experienced mentor, able to guide, support, challenge and encourage individuals to grow and shine.

STRATEGY & LEADERSHIP

Need a comms or engagement strategy for your whole organisation or to support a priority initiative? I focus on outcomes – what you want your audiences to ‘know, feel and do’ – and create  strategies that set out how to achieve that.

I can provide fractional leadership for your teams too, helping to grow mindsets and instill best practice.

REVIEW AND IMPROVE

I can independently assess the capacity, capability and operating model of your communications function, making recommendations for improvements as well as identifying areas of established good practice. I have merged, created and restructured communications teams on many occasions and am able to take on the implementation of structural reviews if required.

CREATIVE COMMUNICATIONS

I can persuasively and articulately craft your strategic narrative and brand purpose, add creative input, boldness and drive to your behaviour change or awareness campaigns, and provide strong, written content for bids and award entries.

LGR

Having led comms, branding and engagement for the creation of BCP Council, I specialise in using that experience to mobilise and support those councils currently creating brand new organisations.
