TRAINING AND MENTORING

I can help your teams and individuals within them to develop professionally and improve collective performance. I offer bespoke and ready-prepared training on various communications disciplines including creativity in campaigns, consultant mindset and campaign planning. My sessions are a little bit different – here’s more.

I am also an experienced mentor, able to guide, support, challenge and encourage individuals to grow and shine.

STRATEGY

Whether for your whole organisation, or to support a priority initiative or specific programme, I can research and create a communications and engagement strategy to help your organisation connect with those who matter. I focus on outcomes – what you want your audiences to ‘know, feel and do’ – and create  strategies that set out how to achieve that.

REVIEW AND IMPROVE

I can independently assess the capacity, capability and operating model of your communications function, making recommendations for improvements as well as identifying areas of established good practice. I have merged, created and restructured communications teams on many occasions and am able to take on the implementation of structural reviews if required.

CREATIVE COMMUNICATIONS

I can persuasively and articulately craft your strategic narrative and brand purpose, add creative input, boldness and drive to your behaviour change or awareness campaigns, and provide strong, written content for bids and award entries.

LEADERSHIP
